If you eat during the day, you don’t really have a problem, you should be eating during the day. But unless you work graveyard shift, frankly you should not be eating at night. But for so many, nighttime cravings have become a considerable problem in their lives in general. It can cause extra weight gain, and it can be a major obstacle in losing weight in general. There are a variety of reasons why it is so common. Some actually restrict their diet too much and don’t eat enough during the day.
And others just get bored, they get emotional, something goes wrong in general terms and they feel a need to deal with it in that way. It depends, but either way, whether you are eating vegetables or a cake of some kind, it can be destructive to your dieting habits. So instead, try eating a little more during the day to see if that’s your problem. But also try taking a long walk, play an outdoor game, participate in some kind of hobby, basically keep yourself from being bored. Also try eating dinner a little bit later. That may be your problem. Eating too early can certainly leave you lacking for calories later, even if you ate more earlier in the day.
