Excessive Eating

When we do not get enough sleep, our appetite increases and we crave foods that are more salty and sweet. After 8 O’ clock our body prepares to make a lot of hormones that increases our appetites and sends out fewer hormones that breaks down the fats and inhibits our appetite. This is why we have higher chance of gaining weight when we eat late at night. If you feel like eating at night, you should go straight to sleep.

Keep your body warm. When our body is cold, it disturbs the blood circulation therefore doesn’t send out enough energy throughout the body. If your body doesn’t get enough energy you start feel like eating because your body needs the nutrients. If you are cold and feel like you need to eat something, try to keep your body warm or take a hot bath. This will help you decrease your appetite and make you have peaceful mind and body.

Wear tight clothes. Wearing tight clothes makes your body to be tensed all the time. Although it may be uncomfortable at first, if you get used to it, you will start to lose weight on your stomach. Tight pants puts just the right amount of pressure on your empty stomach and makes you feel not as hungry.
